BROKERAGE ANALYST

Currently we are seeking a full time Brokerage Analyst to join our growing team. This position comes with paid holidays, paid vacation and great benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The Brokerage Analyst will be based out of our home office in York, PA.

We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in an investment/financial role in real estate with a suite of glowing personal references. Proficiency with MS Excel, Publisher and Word is necessary. Experience with Adobe InDesign is advantageous. This person will have exceptional financial modeling skills and strong writing capabilities.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Currently we are seeking a full time Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This position comes with paid holidays, paid vacation and great benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The Accounting Manager will be based out of our home office in York, PA, and work directly with the CFO.

We’re looking for someone who has five or more years of real estate property/fund accounting experience with a suite of glowing personal references. Proficiency using Quickbooks, MS Excel and MS Word is absolutely essential to success in this role. BS or BA in Accounting or Finance is also required.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Currently we are seeking a full time Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This position comes with paid holidays, paid vacation and great benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The Accounting Assistant will be based out of our home office in York, PA, and work directly with the Accounting Manager.

We’re looking for someone 1-2 years of experience using accounting software with a suite of glowing personal references. Preference will be given to candidates who posses proficiency using Quickbooks, MS Excel and MS Word. Real estate experience is certainly a plus but not required.
